For 13 years, Sam was running a Spanish Immersion program for teens as well as directing all European and African expeditions at Chill Expeditions, a groundbreaking Educational Travel company.
Originally from France but with Spanish origins, he lived and studied in the US before he began leading expeditions and diving missions around the world.
Sam has worked on expeditions for Jean Michel Cousteau, on a number of documentaries, in the commercial diving industry, and is still to this day a sea survival and helicopter crash survival instructor for the US Marines, the US Army and Navy.
Sam has co-owned and managed a Language School in Spain for the last 18 years and, of course, he is an avid traveler and enjoys exploring and discovering new cultures.
